Welcome to A Sorted Space
Meet Leslie Asman
At the heart of my work is a simple goal: helping people create systems that actually work for their lives. I specialize in organizing support for individuals and families dealing with chronic disorganization, ADHD, and other executive function challenges. Whether you’re overwhelmed by clutter, struggling to keep up with routines, or navigating the demands of a neurodivergent household, I offer practical, judgment-free support tailored to your needs.
My approach is rooted in respect, empathy, and results. I help clients declutter, establish sustainable systems, and regain control of their spaces—not through one-size-fits-all solutions, but through customized strategies that reflect how you think, live, and function. This isn’t just about tidying up. It’s about reducing stress, restoring clarity, and making your environment a place that supports your life.
I bring over 20 years of experience as an attorney in behavioral health and public assistance, where I helped people navigate complicated systems during some of the most stressful times in their lives. That background informs everything I do as a professional organizer—especially when working with clients who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or ashamed of their space.
On a personal note, I live what I teach. I’m a wife and mom in a neurodivergent household of four, all with ADHD. I know firsthand how challenging and necessary it is to build systems that actually work—and I bring that lived experience to every session.
If you’re ready to move from chaos to clarity, I’m here to help.
